Concours “Vie D’Artiste Challenge” – Règlement Officiel

1. Concept

Vie D’Artiste organise un concours de danse digital intitulé “Vie D’Artiste Challenge”, à l’occasion de la sortie du titre “Dead Ça” en collaboration avec les artistes LEKR, K2S et Jey Brownie. Ce concours vise à rassembler la communauté artistique autour d’une création musicale et à promouvoir la visibilité des talents à travers TikTok et Instagram.

Le ou la gagnant(e) du concours recevra une récompense d’un montant de 1000 euros.

2. Conditions de participation

Pour participer, chaque candidat doit :

1. Disposer d’un compte public sur Instagram ou TikTok.

2. Suivre le compte officiel @vie.dartiste Instagram et TikTok @vie.dartiste.community

3. Crée ta vidéo sur le morceau “Dead Ça” :

   • Tu peux reprendre la chorégraphie officielle créée par @_modhino17,

   • Freestyler à ta façon,

   • Ou encore : inventer ta propre trend sur "Dead Ça" pour tenter de faire le buzz !

   Plus ta vidéo sera créative et virale, plus tu auras de chances de marquer les esprits et de gagner.

4. Publier cette vidéo sur Instagram ou TikTok en utilisant le hashtag officiel :#VieDartisteChallenge.
5. Remplir une seule fois ce formulaire de participation.

La participation est gratuite et ouverte à toute personne âgée d’au moins 18 ans, dans les pays où cela est légal.

3. Durée du concours

• Date de lancement : 2 Mai 2025

• Date de clôture : 12 Juin 2025

• Annonce du/de la gagnant(e) : 25 juin 2025

  Toute vidéo publiée après la date de clôture ne sera pas prise en compte.

  4. Système de points

  Le classement est basé sur un système de points :

• Chaque vidéo postée (avec le hashtag #VieDartisteChallenge) : 5 points

• Chaque like reçu sur une vidéo : 1 point

• Chaque commentaire reçu sur une vidéo : 1 point

• Suivi des comptes @vie.dartiste sur Instagram : 10 Points

• Suivi des comptes @vie.dartiste.community sur TikTok: 10 points

• Porter une tenue Vie D’Artiste dans ta vidéo : 10 points (Tenues disponibles sur https://vie-dartiste.com/boutique-1)

Le score final est la somme des points obtenus sur l’ensemble des vidéos postées par un participant.

5. Modalités de suivi

Le participant doit remplir un formulaire de participation unique qui centralise :

• Prénom, nom

• Pseudo Instagram

• Pseudo TikTok (si différent)

• Email

• Numéro de téléphone

• Lien vers sa première vidéo

• Pays de résidence

6. Désignation du gagnant

Le ou la participant(e) ayant obtenu le score total le plus élevé à la date de clôture sera désigné(e) gagnant(e). En cas d’égalité, l’équipe Vie D’Artiste se réserve le droit de départager les participants sur la base de critères qualitatifs tels que la créativité, l’originalité et la performance artistique.

L’annonce du/de la gagnant(e) sera faite sur les comptes officiels @viedartiste.off.

7. Dotation

Le gagnant ou la gagnante recevra la somme de 1000 euros, qui sera versée par virement bancaire ou par tout autre moyen sécurisé selon les préférences du gagnant.

Ce concours n’est ni organisé, ni sponsorisé, ni administré par Instagram ou TikTok. Les plateformes ne sont en aucun cas responsables du déroulement du concours.

9. Propriété intellectuelle

Les participants autorisent Vie D’Artiste à republier ou repartager leurs vidéos uniquement dans le cadre de la promotion du concours. Les droits d’auteur sur les vidéos restent la propriété des participants.

Les données collectées via le formulaire sont utilisées uniquement pour :

• Vérifier l’éligibilité des participants

• Comptabiliser les scores

• Contacter les gagnants

  11. Droit applicable et litiges

  Ce concours est soumis à la législation française (ou à adapter selon le pays de l’organisateur). En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera d’abord recherchée avant toute procédure judiciaire.

  12 . Utilisation de moyens frauduleux

  Toute tentative de manipulation du concours par l’utilisation de services automatisés, bots, comptes fictifs ou tout autre moyen visant à gonfler artificiellement le nombre de likes ou de commentaires entraînera l’exclusion immédiate et sans appel du participant.

  L’équipe Vie D’Artiste se réserve le droit de vérifier l’authenticité des interactions sur les publications, notamment via l’analyse des profils, de la cohérence des engagements, et de toute autre donnée accessible publiquement.

Official Rules – "Vie D’Artiste Challenge" Contest

1. Concept

This contest aims to unite the artistic community around a musical creation and to promote the visibility of talents through TikTok and Instagram.

The winner of the contest will receive a prize of €1,000.

To participate, each contestant must:

• 1. Have a public account on Instagram or TikTok.

• 2. Follow the official accounts @vie.dartiste on Instagram and @vie.dartiste.community on TikTok.

• 3.Create your video to the track “Dead Ça”:

  • You can perform the official choreography created by @_modhino17,

  • Freestyle your own way,

  • Or even better: create your own trend on "Dead Ça" to try and go viral!

  The more creative and viral your video is, the better your chances of standing out and winning.

• 4. Post the video on Instagram or TikTok using the official hashtag: #VieDartisteChallenge.

• 5. Complete this participation form only once.

Participation is free and open to anyone aged 18 or older, in countries where such contests are legally permitted.

3. Contest Duration

• Launch date: May 2, 2025

• Closing date: June 12, 2025

• Winner announcement: June 25, 2025

Any video published after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Points System

The ranking is based on a points system:

• Each video posted (with the hashtag #VieDartisteChallenge): 5 points

• Each like received on a video: 1 point

• Each comment received on a video: 1 point

• Following the @vie.dartiste account on Instagram: 10 points

• Following the @vie.dartiste.community account on TikTok: 10 points

• Wearing a Vie D’Artiste outfit in your video: 10 points (Outfits available at https://vie-dartiste.com/boutique-1)

The final score is the total sum of points earned across all videos posted by a participant.

5. Submission Requirements

Each participant must complete a single participation form, providing the following information:

• First name, last name

• Instagram username

• TikTok username (if different)

• Email address

• Phone number

• Link to their first video

• Country of residence

6. Winner Selection

The participant with the highest total score at the closing date will be declared the winner.
In case of a tie, the Vie D’Artiste team reserves the right to break the tie based on qualitative criteria such as creativity, originality, and artistic performance.

The winner will be announced on the official @vie.dartiste.off accounts.

The winner will receive a prize of €1,000, which will be transferred via bank transfer or any other secure payment method according to the winner’s preference.

These platforms bear no responsibility for the management or execution of the contest.

Copyright over the videos remains the property of the participants.

Any attempt to manipulate the contest through the use of automated services, bots, fake accounts, or any other method intended to artificially inflate the number of likes or comments will result in the immediate and non-appealable disqualification of the participant.

The Vie D’Artiste team reserves the right to verify the authenticity of interactions on posts, including analyzing profiles, engagement consistency, and any other publicly accessible data.
